Stephen is an experienced commercial litigator and commercial lawyer, having been admitted to practice in 1989. He has practiced extensively in all aspects of commercial litigation, appearing and conducting proceedings in all courts including the High Court of Australia.
During his 30 years in the field, he has had the carriage of all manner of commercial matters, intellectual property disputes, insolvency litigation, and advisory. He has also been an advisor to the travel industry, including its regulators, airlines, and IATA, handled complicated compliance matters, and has appeared in various inquiries such as ICAC, Medicare inquiries, regulatory investigations and audits, and international gaming commission investigations.
Stephen has particular expertise in medical law and all aspects of the gambling sector. He has been a partner in substantial firms and was head of commercial (NSW) at Slater & Gordon.
He now is the principal of Moss & Co Lawyers.
